Room, lobby and other places are not clean, no tissues, no save and no fridge in the room , I will not recommend There is no proper entry as the car need to drop far from the entrance and need to walk and it is not advisable if you travel with big luggages

At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer, therefore your feedback is very important to us. We make special attention in everything been clean, and we are sorry if you found the lobby wasn't, we are taking the appropriate measures to prevent future occurrence. Regarding the no minibar and safe in the room, we are also sorry that that disapointted you. We do have safty boxes available for our clients at the reception. As per the entrance of the hotel, we have a parking that you can use either to park the car for the stay, or just to download your luggage close to the acces of the hotel.
