Trapped in faulty lift

On arrival going up to our room in the lift, the lift got stuck and we spent approx 50minutes in the lift. No way to contact the front desk, the alarm button did not connect anywhere, and phoning 112 and the lift service companies was difficult because of the poor mobile reception in a closed lift.

Really easy to find the hotel, warmly welcomed with offer of Coffee or Water which was a nice touch. Everything was explained quickly and efficiently. The corridors are a bit tight but the rooms were bright spacious and well eqipped. Bathroom was tastefully designed too, i loved the french balcony windows (sadly couldnt keep them open due to the rain) check out was swift too and pleasnt. Looking forward to staying again soon
