Room 505 small, dark and badly laid out. No plug near kettle. No milk. Twin beds booked as we are friends but room so tight they had to be pushed together. Looked nothing like the photos on website! Shower couldn’t move around in and to close door you had to push through it through the stream of water! Dirty hand prints on curtains. Disappointing for what we paid and 4*. However, breakfast was very good selection, nice touches also 24/7 reception was the best for safety/security.

Hi team, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Your customer service from all staff was fantastic, from the greeting each time we walked in the door, to the lovely cleaning staff and the kitchen service. The only downside was we couldn't get the air conditioner to cool, it was constantly set to heat, so it wasn't the most comfortable night's sleep.
