As a GOLD member, I was a bit surprised not to benefit from the upgrade nor the early checking (it was not even mentionned during the checking). I'm wondering if the loyalty status is given to the receptionist...

No A/C. The hotel policy is to not allow the rooms to control the AC and they had it shut down centrally. Not acceptable in a 4-star Elevators didn't work

A good stay from start to finish - nice rooms with everything we needed, and a great location for multiple Metro lines. Nice staff and great to have free coffee and mineral water in reception. We were celebrating an anniversary so my parents' room was upgraded which was a nice touch.
