I’ve stayed at this hotel probably over 50 times over the last decade or so. Never had any issues and would look to stay again the next time I’m in the area.

We have used this hotel before and it was a good standard as expected. Breakfast good and good value. Service friendly, helpful and efficient. Public areas and room were clean and smart in the Ibis décor, with which we are able familiar. Everything worked as it should, particularly the lifts.

Duty Management were good. Some general staff were poor. Breakfast was burnt 🤣🤦🏾
