Easy to get to from the station. Very comfortable clean room and got an excellent night’s sleep when I needed it. Nice well cooked good value food. Friendly staff. Couldn’t have asked for better. Would definitely stay here again. Highly commended.

Hoovering during breakfast at 0830 Dining chairs with previous nights food on Bread rolls like bullets on the 30/10 Bacon and croissants overcooked, sausage undercooked on the 29/10 Plus point daily fresh towels room clean

The hotel was ideally placed for our stay. The staff were helpful. The room was very clean and looked as if recently decorated. The cleaning staff were good and very obliging.

-Checking day 11 october , 10am lady at reception was just rude had a very aggressive tone , my parents had travelled all the way from USA with lots of luggage had to stand a whole 12 mins as the receptionist just went round in circles about paying 20 pounds for early check in which I was well aware of and had no problem paying . She was telling us no room was available we have to wait till 3pm ,I paraphrased my wording and asked her if i pay 20 pounds she immediately said ,a Room is now available this was after around 12 mins my parents are seniors and were tired from the flight and were standing all the while, we asked for a cart for the luggage she went on 'it must be somewhere at the back go find it yourselves and it's one pound " , we were shocked,we had to drag the suitcases ourselves to the lifts then to the rooms. This was unnecessary -Let people know in advance prices per day changes no days are same Even if you are paying at the counter. I payed 76 pounds for one night and 100 plus following night without being informed the nights have different pricing.
