Was an ideal location for a meet up with friends. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel provided a good breakfast with plenty of choices. The bedrooms were very clean and had everything we needed for our three nights stay.

When I asked your staff about vegetarian and vegan options, they pointed to the beans and hash browns (hash browns contain milk btw). That is an admission of how little you provide, rather than a satisfactory answer. If that is the extent of the meal you offer me, what proportion of the full price do you consider reasonable? Imagine we paid exactly the same for dinner. I received a generous, varied meal, with different flavours and textures; you received cabbage and potatoes. Would you consider that equal value, or would you quite reasonably feel short-changed? I am paying for a balanced, satisfying meal with adequate protein and enough energy to sustain me through a very busy day. Your staff’s response suggests the standard you aim for is simply that "I need not leave entirely hungry", and that the catering policy is "technically, you can eat something”. Charging the full price simply adds insult to the lack of effort. It's 2026, over 14 million people living in the UK follow a meat free diet. Maybe your catering team needs to have a word with itself.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff and has all you need for city centre stay. We were visiting the arena and very conveniently situated, not too far from the arena, the bus station and the main shopping centre. Room was clean. Some might find the bathroom pod a bit quirky but we've been in hotels that had them before and it was perfectly functional. Surprisingly had a lovely view out of our bedroom window with view across the roof tops of Nottingham. We could see for miles. Beds were comfy and there was tea and coffee provided. There is a 24hr bar here which we made use of after returning from the arena. We also felt very safe here, it was quiet, however it was a Tuesday, so can't confirm what it would be like on a weekend. For those that drive there is a car park across from the hotel.

Easy check in, great location (very central, next to a tram stop and Tesco express), staff great, breakfast good, comfy bed, and generous sized room. Only minor issue was having to repeatedly get our key cards reprogrammed but the staff were great with that.

Location is excellent - with the lace market tram stop just outside hotel. Many places within easy walking distance. Great staff - very helpful. The only reason didn't give 10 rating was didn't find the climate control in room that impressive. Would definitely recommend.
