Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and almost perfect. The breakfast was excellent and varied, but unfortunately I found hair twice – once in the bacon and once in the cheese. As a food technologist and quality manager, I also noticed some personal-hygiene issues in the kitchen: some staff were working without hairnets and were chewing gum while handling food. I recommend placing more emphasis on this and improving the hygiene procedures. Other than that, everything was wonderful – the service, location, and atmosphere were excellent. Thank you.
