I was part of a conference for Jehovah's witness. The staff was excellent and courteous. We appreciate the staff for keeping our rooms clean and accommodating our group to early breakfast and late dinners.

The place is Century located so it’s easier to get around to all the key places. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are kept very clean. Had to breakfast each morning which was fantastic. So no complaints here.

We stayed 4 days at Novotel. Superb location facing Danube and Parliament House; large rooms, very comfortable beds with extra fluffy pillows, complimentary drinks placed daily in executive rooms. But very miserly with tea bags placed in rooms! Couldn't understand why as hot chocolate sachets, coffee & green tea sachets provided but we wanted English breakfast tea and at first house keeping staff wanted payment for 2 tea bags!!! When we again requested and said they could take back the other sachets and give us extra black tea bags, they reluctantly provided it. House keeping staff needs better training.
