If you end up waking up in middle of the night and need a bottle of water. Best of luck, while checking in this hotel will not inform you that there is no night time room service.

Actually I liked the hotel and its location very much. However, the heating of the room I stayed in was not working. On the contrary, it was blowing cold air. Despite telling them many times, they only gave me 2 heaters. They could not solve the problem or there was no staff to solve the problem. I said change my room if it is not solved. That was not possible either. Other than that, I liked your hotel and its location very much.

For the price we pay and the expectation of the Novotel chain this was a really bad experience. I have never seen some of the things I’ve seen in this hotel. Unbelievable. Never again.

Enjoyed looking at the beautiful parliament building lit up every night- staff catered to every need. Bartender created delicious cocktails. Very nice ambiance and great service. Breakfast could be better but other than that- enjoyed our stay!
