Perfect location near the parliament, clean rooms. A few downsides: - bed with very soft mattresses - closet separate from bathroom - breakfast served in a very crowded space - have to stop the heating overnight because it's a bit noisy

It's my fourth or fifth stay with Novotel Danube - first stay was in 2018 and came back each year during F1 season but ever since they have not made any investments to keep the hotel modern. Facilities in room (bathroom sink, shower are old and not very well kept). the rooms are clean but the furniture is old and pretty used up. it's a shame because the location and view are top. also, breakfast got worse year after year quality wise- very unfortunate.

The hotel is in a great location with trams at the doorstep and train station a 5 minute walk linking you to anywhere in the city. Our room was river facing with spectacular views of the Parliament Building on the other side from our 4 large windows! At night it was particularly beautiful. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly and even supplied us with umbrellas when needed.
