I had an amazing experience at Plantation Food and Drinks! The service from Tariq, Nithesh, and Evelyn was top-notch, but Aichurok, our hostess, truly made the evening special with her warm and attentive care. The food was fantastic, and the wines were exceptional—perfectly complementing every dish. Highly recommend this place for great food, drinks, and outstanding service!

Maneno and wakas were incredibly attentive, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and efficient. Both maneno and wakas went above and beyond with customer service they provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and activities , they sorted out anything we needed , making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay at Sofitel Dubai. The staff were kind and helpful, and the view of the Dubai Eye was stunning. The lively atmosphere outside makes it a perfect spot for holidaymakers. I left my jacket behind, and the team, especially Iqbal, were amazing. They confirmed they found it and allowed up to three months for me or someone else to collect it, which was extremely helpful. Excellent service—5 stars from me!
