The location was excellent for attending events at the Bell Centre. My only complaint is that I was charged twice for parking. Otherwise, I would have rated my stay higher!

Broken air-conditioning non-engaging Stuff way below normal standard

With the exception of the friendly welcome from the first staff member I encountered the rest of my encounters with the front desk staff were highly disappointing. In addition, the air conditioning was not working for the two days I was there and the room at one stage got to 28°. The hotel is dated poor facilities in hindsight overpriced for what it was. And despite the do not disturb sign, I was interrupted after just one hour of sleep, while trying to catch up from a long haul flight with staff knocking on the door to check the minibar!

We had a wonderful stay. Well located. And very accommodating from an early checkin to late checkout. Everything was awesome. Surprised to not see actual glasses for drinking and a hairdryer in the room though.
