We really enjoyed our stay at Novotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our flights were delayed due to weather and we arrived a date late for our stay. Under no obligation to do so, we were refunded for the first night. We appreciated that gesture so much and combining that with how great our stay was just confirms that we will stay at your hotel again for sure the next time we're in Montreal. the reason I was only satisfied in my comments, was the noise on the 4TH floor for 3 + hours after mid-night and there seem to be no action taken
