This is very good hotel and is terrific value. The most outstanding feature, however, was the service. From restaurant to housekeeping it was very good. But above all was the front desk service from Maxime. A member of my family had a health crisis and when I called the front desk late at night Maxime couldn’t do enough to help. He contacted emergency services and came to our room and stayed until the ambulance arrived and expedited the whole process. He made a difficult situation so much better - he deserves to be commended for his compassion and service above and beyond the call of duty .

I checked in 24th Nov and checked out on 27th Nov. The shower had hot water coming out even when the knob was set at cold(blue). I wasnt able to shower for my complete duration. extremely frustrating experience
