Very enjoyable. Was able to have a late check out which helped as our flight was later so we could continue to work from the room. Appreciate the friendly staff.

The hotel was clean, room service was done daily, the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating as I used the stairs mutliple times a day. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Montreal!

Pleasant stay but terrible breakfast service problems . We were told recruitment difficulties after Covid --although all the restaurants/ bars we visited had no similar problems . All times eg 7.30 am or 8 30am had these delays etc . Normally a wait for the table as they were not immediately cleaned . There were only 2 members of staff at times --and to deliver coffee , clear tables and bring out breakfast orders made it difficult for them but the breakfast prices remained unaltered for the hotel guests !
