Dear Che O. Joe P. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We are sorry to learn that your arrival experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify our room upgrade process. Unlike some properties, our hotel does not have suites available for complimentary upgrades. Our highest room category consists of a limited number of Executive Rooms, and upgrades to these rooms are always subject to availability at the time of check-in, in accordance with the ALL loyalty program benefits. We have also found that many of our loyal ALL Platinum members prefer to remain in a Standard Room based on their individual preferences, such as room location, bed configuration, or other personal considerations. For this reason, when Executive Rooms are available, our team confirms each guest's preference during check-in rather than assigning an upgrade automatically prior to arrival. We are pleased that we were able to accommodate your request for an Executive Room upon check-in. We regret, however, that the process gave you the impression that your loyalty was not being recognized, as this was certainly not our intention. As a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for your loyalty, we have credited 2000 ALL Reward points to your account. While we hope this demonstrates our commitment to your satisfaction, we believe this appropriately resolves the matter. Thank you once again for your feedback.
