We were there for our school reunion. The room was nice. Staffs were nice. The only thing that put me in concern was the drainer from the bathtub. When I took the shower, the water came up 2/3 high up to my knees. I was very slow waiting for draining down.

I had a very good experience with Novotel! The beds, rooms, bathrooms and accommodations in the room were clean, and it was easy to sign in. The person at the front desk was even able to hold onto my luggage when I arrived very early on the train in the morning. It was great! The price was also reasonable for its great location. I had a little trouble with the restaurant dealing with my bill at the end of the day, and the restaurant breakfast food was a bit cold, and the staff there were a bit cold when I entered. It wasn't bad, but maybe was not worth the cost of Breakfast for what was available. Outside this, service was great and I would gladly attend again and reccomend it to friends.

The Hotel is comfortable, well located and offers great service. It can be better with attention to the finish in the bathroom around the door and skirting. Also, the spa is disjointed with the pool and jacuzzi being located on a different floor to the sauna and steam room. You also need to take your key with you to get from the steam room to the sauna and the corridors in between the two rooms is cold!

Second time I've stayed there. Much nicer than the Airport, where I stay when visiting our office. Well-maintained rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Amenities downstairs include comfortable gathering spaces in the lobby area and restaurant. Though not open for lunch, which could be frustrating in bad weather, the restaurant has good food and service. The manager's reception was a nice touch, having guests visit for seemingly limitless (and delicious) appetizers and a drink. Management was very friendly and open to feedback.

The hotel's location is very convenient and easy to reach from the airport. It also makes going to meetings downtown very simple. The team is very nice. Only regret: the policy for coffee pods in the room, one pod / person / night seems a bit odd in regards to the room price. Also, it would have been nice to have a toilet brush in the bathroom to ensure it is nicer to the housekeeping team.

Hotel was very central with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and only around 10 CAD in a cab to the Old Port. The room was spacious, modern, clean and the reception and bar staff made us very welcome. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fine. I would have the following feedback: 2 coffee pods per a double room is just terrible, just add $5 to the room and give me unlimited coffee but don't then expect to charge me $1.50 per additional coffee in room! Your pillows are just awful, maybe I got a bad room, but if not please switch to a decent pillow, this makes all the difference. Please don't put signs up which are basically saying, I think you might steal this, so in case you do we will charge you. I'm not taking your large toiletries, so don't make me think I should.

for a first-time visit, I was disappointed in the room they put me in. View of the back of the hotel looking over garbage and boarded up building. This was a preferred hotel from my Company booking site, which I would book another option.

While we understand your concerns, please note that we unfortunately cannot control the surroundings of the hotel. Our hotel is located in the middle of the downtown area, surrounded by other buildings, and therefore some of our rooms do face the back of the property and the surrounding buildings.
