We recently spent 4 nights at this well-maintained hotel located around the corner from Saint Catherine Street and a stone’s throw up the hill from the Bell Centre. We enjoyed the varied breakfast offerings at the in-house restaurant (including the buffet) and evening drinks at the bar. Our King Room was well-appointed although I question why the bar fridge was locked. Special thanks to Kaelya at the front desk and Kia at the bar for their friendliness and helpful demeanor!

Novotel was great! Its in an ideal location downtown and at a great price. Room was clean and service was excellent. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the price!

Short one night stay. But it was very clean. The bathroom was new and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of plug-ins for charging and very convenient switches near the bed. Coffee maker was really nice, and the safe and mini bar was convenient. Check-in was easy. And staff was responsive to questions. It was a short walk to Saint Catherine Street, the Eaton Centre and many downtown areas.

Light on 1 bedside table did not work. Technician did fix it but the light made it impossible to read (something I do every night). After a long day wanted to make a cup of tea but the kettle didn't work. Once again called and a kettle was brought up. Temperature in room was set at 18. I put it up to 23 but it only heated up to 20 with a loud fan despite being set to low fan. After 2 calls already to the front desk I did not call for the last issue as we were already in our pajamas.
