Our stay was very short as we were there for a Habs game and some site seeing but our time was truly memorable. The staff offered many suggestions to explore the sites and entertainment. A special thank you for Kaela and Sabrina as they went above and beyond the call of duty in facilitating a situation that arose. Thank you so much.

Multiple things went wrong- - Right from the start, the room we were provided with was unclean, the standard items (room slippers, soap, water bottle, etc) were not provided and we had to ask for everything individually. - The staff at the front desk were rude. It was almost 4 PM on day 2 of our stay and we still didn't had any housekeeping to clean our room and refresh items. We had to leave for our tour plans and asked the staff to help us with an estimate of when to expect housekeeping. The staff responded that they couldn't provide us with an estimate and housekeeping was very busy. It's my first time seeing a hotel having no housekeeping till 4 Pm. Finally they around around 6 in the evening. - The breakfast buffet had stale food. We ordered poached eggs and the eggs were stale. The bacon strips were uncooked. For a $29 breakfast this was quite low in quality. - The photos don't match the hotel. The washrooms were very tiny and claustrophobia inducing. There was a see through glass in the washroom and no for to close it. Very strange design for a large room. - The room we booked was an Executive Roo. The description explicitly states that they provide a VIP reception, high speed internet, etc. There wasn't anything vip in our experience. We entered the same front desk as everyone else and the front desk staff asked us if we really need internet (?) and have us the general credentials. Overall, the are better hotels around town at similar or even lower rates and Novotel is definitely not going to be in our consideration set going forward.

Please note that all our rooms are supplied with high-quality Arran soap products imported from Europe. Regarding water bottles, we are a green hotel and provide purified water dispensers on every floor, while our tap water is also of excellent quality. Slippers are available upon request to minimize waste. Your feedback is important, and we will review these points carefully to improve our services.
