I totally recommend Novotel if you're on MTL on a business trip or vacation. The location is great, you're literally steps away from everything and two metro lines (green and orange), Super friendly staff at front desk and they were super helpful when I was booking my room.

The hotel has a great location, the staff was very helpful, and the restaurant food and service was very good. But....the room and bathroom lacked adequate storage space. There were no drawers and shower floor was extremely slippery requiring us to request a mat. The bedding was missing a top sheet under the covered duvet. The lighting in the room was dim.

Stayed at the hotel this time for six nights. This was the time the Montreal hockey team was in play offs. Hotel staff went all out for this event. What a great way to celebrate.
