Stayed one night while visiting family. Hotel is clean and rooms adequate and would stay again. Was disappointed with the breakfast which because of Covid situation was served in a carrier bag with nowhere to sit and eat. could just as easy have bought something outside so advise against paying for this option.

The location of the hotel is ideal for Salford Quays. Check in was easy and the hotel were following COVID guidance. Room was clean and comfortable. Really good value for money. We would definitely stay again.

As far as budget stays go, this was what you could ask for. All the basics were there and you could pay to get more if you needed. The staff were particularly nice.

Good check in, clean room but basic. Frustrations at EV charger not working to charge the car but fortunately one a few mins walk away which did the job instead. Said they are in the process of getting it changed. Need to make it clear on the website that it’s not available currently Lots of add on costs including parking, tea and coffee facilities etc. Several local shops for food and supplies.

I had spent the whole night up due to the noisy individuals next door who spent the whole night banging on doors and shouting at each, I was so dissatisfied that I originakly booked for 2 nights but instantly regretted that so went downstairs to change it to one night only, due to the inability to get any sleep.

The check in and check out process was swift and issue free. The room however wasn't so clean. I realised after staying one night that my feet were filthy from walking around the room before bed. I didn't want to shower as the shower was dirty. The hotel has a great check out time at 12pm but not very helpful when you have the cleaning lady knocking on your door at 10am. Hotel walls are thin, I was woken by a couple next door and bed was very uncomfy. It was rock hard and thin. I also think it's pretty bad you have to pay for parking. I guess you get what you pay for but I probably wont be staying again.

Room was very small booked with breakfast and was given a 2 very small croissants and an apple, no apple juice in machine and had to wait for staff to get us hot drink. Thought was a good deal after paying for parking was £58 wouldn’t stay again

Pokey, stuffy room, 1 towel. No one came in to clean, no towel change despite leaving on the floor as requested. No one collected the breakfast tray so had to clear my own room.

I returned to the hotel fairly early after a business dinner and whilst waiting to pay for a bottle of water witnessed a group smelling of marijuana coming into hotel from car park where they had been smoking, they stank in lift as well. Another couple came in and pushed to front of reception to pay for a soft drink jumping queue- no mask , no regard for others - they lady at counter whom was being served obviously had mental health issues and then started an altercation with threats of punching , calling names such as devil. I was genuinely concerned for my safety. I will never return to the hotel or my company staff.
