This is pretty decent hotel a handy stones throw away from the easy to use tram network. The bathroom was rather good as it was intended for wheelchair access. It was a pleasure not to have to climb into some tiny unit. And some decent communal areas which I quite like.

I think that the prices are outrageous for what you get but this is the times we live in and the location of the hotel. The breakfast has no hot food unless you cook toast yourself. Its very basic and budget and if all you want is a bed then its great.

Everything was fine with no fuss checking in and out

It was very cold in my room. He charged me £8 for a car park and when I arrived I didn't have a space in the car park. The man in reception told me to wait 1 hour to see if someone leaves. It was 1am. no one is leaving the hotel at this time. I find a very small spot and parked there but had to leave a sign because I blocked other people in. That is why I give the 1* unhelpful staff and was like sleeping in the freezer.

The room was not clean, table dirty toilet dirty , bed dirty and room smelly.

The Room had everything that you need for a few nights stay a shower and a private toilet the room was very clean and tidy and the staff very pleasant and very helpful

Great receptionist, couldn’t be more helpful, basic rooms but that’s fine, noisiest room, even though the window was closed you could hear the noise from the tram line constantly, left at 22.00 to sleep in car, was far quieter than hotel, worst experience ever

One night stay, reasonable price, at a location with easy access to the centre of Manchester.

Stayed in two rooms with my daughter and partner and dog in one and me the luxury of a whole room for meeee in the other. All was good and as expected, £5 charge for dog which was reasonable and expected. Found a pub 30 seconds away (Matchstick Men) serving pub grub. I was dog sitting whilst the young ones went to a gig at O2 Victoria Warehouse which was close by and the room was warm, the tv worked perfectly, the bed was comfy, the shower was powerful.. in short, the room and the hotel had everything required for a short stay. Parking for £8 for overnight - all so easy and convenient. Would def use again.

Staff friendly, location good; but no tea and coffee facilities; no shower gel in the shower; basic design of the room means the toilet and shower are minute; cutlery and crockery were dirty at breakfast; some of the bread under cooked; one four slice toaster for the whole dining room (on the second morning, this was down to one slice working) - just basic things not done well.

Very basic, as basic a hotel iv stayed in. No cups teapot cutlery, hairdryer basic essentialls.

Staff were nice Breakfast was very strange Rooms was clean but not as good as others stayed in at the same price in cities

Bed was comfy & hotel was quiet. Shower was hot & powerful. Staff friendly. 45 min walk from Manchester Arena. A bit of rubbish found on the floor in the room that had been missed & hair & old water marks found in the shower. Room was extremely basic which is what we expected, no hot drink facilities in the room but available in reception. No soft furnishings & room echoed. Breakfast was okay, but staff not on top of keeping everything replenished so had to ask a few times for more bowels, plates ect.

The room was of a poor standard

Did not end up staying the night booked as the room was dirty, even the sheets & pillows looked grubby. There was even sick in the toilet!! I booked the AC Marriott which thank god, was literally next door instead which was at least clean and hygienic
