We were coming from Hanmer Springs and were a few hours ahead of the check-in time. I called to see if there was any chance to check in early and they were more than happy to oblige. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and I would definitely stay again.

Your team are friendly, welcoming. They found me a carpark. The room was clean and tidy, tired bathroom though. My frustration is often being given the most basic room. I know, corporate rates mean not paying as high as others maybe. But my room was on the first floor, behind the cafe. It looked out onto a wall, and Pidgeon poo. Hotel did not feel super busy. Would you not try and look after business traveller more? I do get the choice of where I stay within a budget. It’s a great spot, I liked your team, would know to book carpark in advance now (that could be a useful reminder from you for business solo customers - ‘have you booked your carpark’?) it’s just feeling like I’m in a box with effectively no window is less appealing.

The hotel is in a great location and reasonably good value for the room only. The rooms are dated and cramped and the bed not big enough for tall people but we enjoyed our stay. Parking an additional cost though. We parked at the wilson garage across the road which over the weekend was a good price.
