Everything was comfortable and the hotel is very centrally located but the experience feels tired - could really do with a refresh in the rooms and reception area.

Very helpful night manager

Arrived around 2am with elderly mother. Expedia had not passed on request for joined rooms. Night Manager spent quite a bit of time and effort to achieve this in what appeared to be a near fully booked hotel. He continued to be helpful on our second morning there. All the hotel type amenities were good as was the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.
