At IBIS ALBI, we have enjoyed great location with tranquillity yet only walking distance from city centre. Nice staffs and great breakfast.

The booking process was quite smooth. The hotel itself is very well located with walking distance to the city centre. The room is clean, bright and quiet. The bed was a bit too soft but alright.

Chose this hotel because it accepts dogs, looked convenient for what we hoped to do, and had secure parking. The welcome was outstanding. Dogs were not merely accepted but thoroughly welcomed. The location was excellent and we walked everywhere. The room was well designed as was the bathroom.

I could not book two rooms online (?), and I had to make a phone call. I was attended on the phone with great professinality and the rooms were booked. The stay at the hote was pleasant and ok in all senses.

Well located and with car park. Reception staff gave a warm welcome and were extremely helpful. A bad point was that they had to administer the linked Ibis Budget and somehow monitor the abuse of “Budget” guests encroaching and helping themselves to the breakfast next door.. Other than that it was first class experience all round.

The hotel is well located, being only 10-15 minutes from the train station and about the same to the old town and the cathedral. I liked that they’d made a rather plain building look prettier by planting window boxes of red geraniums. We were allotted a spacious room on the 3rd floor, (301) larger than the normal Ibis room and facing the front. Fairly quiet but we could hear a little bit of road noise and some noisy kids! There must be a school across the road. Enjoyed a complimentary welcome drink after we prompted the receptionist. Close to restaurants. We didn’t try the breakfast as there was a good bakery a couple of doors down.
