My family (2 Adults, three kids including a toddler) and I needed somewhere to rest after a long haul flight from the U.K. it was comfortable enough but the things that brought it down were: •We had to remove at least 5 cockroaches from the bedroom. •The bathroom door handle came off upon attempting to open it (my husband fixed it because...) •...The telephone in the room had a completely dead line. •The corridors were too small for the luggage trolleys so we had to cart all our luggage separately from the lift to the other end of the hotel.

Good overall the staff were friendly and helpful The hotel is old and the room whilst adequate was not what I was expecting for a superior room Also the air conditioner couldn't be turned off or adjusted I left my reading glasses in the room and have asked for them to be sent to me, so far no reply

We enjoyed our stay, place to relax and sleep, great places close by for meals and drinks. Good start to Christmas celebrations. Car park was a little squeazy but happy was an option.
