Although I usually aim to leave positive feedback unfortunately my stay wasn’t all positive. When I arrived the room my son and myself were checked into still had the previous guests food items in the fridge and drawers. After changing rooms to a slightly bigger one still with 2 single beds we didn’t feel completely at ease. Then the following day the only lift in operation broke down leaving the only option to use the stair case to access our room, luckily only 4 floors up but we then felt trapped until the lift was fixed a few hours later. The TV only had basic channels, not even all free to air channels, there was an option to purchase a movie to watch. Usually I would just use the hdmi port and connect my laptop but this wasn’t functional.

Very old and tired hotel, had an inside room, carpet old and needed cleaning. Tv didn’t work, told them the next day and they had been into the room to check it but it still didn’t work. I did tell them when I checked out. Bed was really hard

Well let's start with the broken elevator, the misty mouldy smell that's so strong down the hallways and water damage ceilings... Not to mention the dishonest staff members, never ever ever again.
