I had to come to the city for surgery and needed somewhere to stay for one night. the room was nice although I have learnt I can't handle a bath anymore. It was quiet and everyone was friendly.

It’s okay for one night but the room too small and carpet hallway looks so old and a little bit long way and confusing room from the lift

Great location, but needed to change rooms

They having issues with level 3 pluming, my hubby & I reported to front desk when we were there early August. We stayed in room 323 which was great and accommodating that we booked last time with Carol & Charlie. My booking for my recent stay we got the same room 323 & the problem hadn't been fixed and after the 1st night's stay we had to get another room due to the scent of the mould smell was just too strong! I'll continue to stay there as it's very convenient for me with my stage of my health and they are very professional & welcoming people that run the Grosvenor.
