All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well set up. I had a function at the Adelaide Oval and the Grosvenor was very convenient to get to the function and also made it easy access to shopping and restaurants. Excellent location!

The room was clean, had almost everything we could have needed. The location was absolutely perfect, right across the road from where we needed to be, but also close to everything we needed, shops were a short walk away, pubs all around, tram stop out the front. Turn down service was excellent and staff were so friendly. They let us check in hours early without charge due to the room being already ready. The continental breakfast was just what we needed as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Room had no ventilation, window sealled shut, noisy aircon, stuffy and smelly Was booked for 2 nights, only stayed one, still got charged for both nights Will not stay again
