The staff are very kind and efficient and helpful The room was amazing. We meant to check in at 3 pm but arrived a bit earlier and got us into the room sooner than later.

The hotel is well located. With convenient facilities, sport gym, rooftop bar and swimming pool. But, the rooms feel very old, poor, empty for a Novotel which is supposed to be premium. I have felt well better in some Ibis. Also, the breakfast buffet is generous, but taste very industrial. Once again, our stay was ok but not meeting expectations. Especially when paying 300€/night with us the same price than the Hoxton hotel next to this Novotel. I would have been happy to pay this amount at the Hoxton. Here we just feel disappointed.

Had a great stay at the Novotel in Barcelona. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location next to the train station and several shopping malls. The area felt safe and was easy to explore on foot. The receptionist was especially helpful and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
