I know IBIS hotels are catering for clients looking for good value-for-money. Location of this hotel is excellent. The rooms are very small and the common areas are not big enough for the size of the hotel. Breakfast on our last day (5//10) was chaotic as the breakfast area was totally taken up by a large group of visitors.

Easy check-in, great location. Asked for and got a quiet room on evening arrival; rather unsettling shock to then open thevcurtains next morning to see a scaffolding platform right outside the window. Breakfast was varied with some quality item. On the downside, the OJ from a machine was lightly coloured water until they refilled it on request and then tasted of cheap sugary squash. Scrambled eggs were sitting in water and the coffee from self-serve machine was unpleasant.

This is our go to hotel for shows in Bristol. All good. Only slight issue was our bathroom door did not close properly but this did not impact on our stay.

The hotel is very noisy, both outside and in. The bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired with heavy stains in the sink and hairs in the shower tray. The food served here is atrocious. Whether it is precooked and held or freshly cooked there needs to be changes made in the process.

Hotel is basic but ok for short stays. Double room was on the small side but wouldn't put me off staying here again. Breakfast not bad. Location is the star quality and you can park closeby at a discounted price.
