Mixed feelings about the staff, some very professional, some really not, no smile, short answers, .... Also the restaurant is not cozy at all, lights very bright, feels like a "cantine"

There was a very strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom

Check in check out worked very well, the rooms have a good size, and the breakfast and dinner are very good. With the frindly service it was a nice stay.

Offrir un accueil chaleureux est une priorité pour nous, et nous sommes heureux que cela ait contribué à rendre votre séjour agréable. Concernant la coupure d'eau, elle était effectivement prévue par la société des eaux en raison de travaux sur la voie publique durant la nuit. Nous avons toutefois pris soin d'informer nos clients à l'avance. En ce qui concerne l'adresse de facturation, des confusions peuvent parfois survenir en raison de notre collaboration avec la société Ardagh, qui est implantée dans plusieurs pays. Cela peut entraîner des variations dans les adresses de facturation, et nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée. Quant au mail automatique que vous avez reçu, il ne s'agit pas de la facture finale, mais d'un aperçu. Si vous remarquez une erreur, nous pouvons facilement la corriger et vous envoyer la facture finale par email ou la remettre lors de votre départ. The terrace furniture and window ledges were very dirty. The dinner on the first night was below average quality , the vegetables were inedible. I sent them back and no one came to discuss this with me. My partner had a starter I didn’t but they bought out my dinner the same time as his starter , I asked about this and they said it’s quite normal. I did speak to the manager but felt he turned the problem onto me. The deserts were not good
