great time at Novotel enjoyed sauna food and drinks ,great service by Alexis who made delicious cocktails and was really helpful with recommendations. thanks to the rest of reception team for making sure we had great stay. will definitely be back soon...

I was just go to grab some drinks, and I was not sure what to drink, same time the barman called Lama suggests me a cocktail, which was amazing and Eye appealing, probably I will visit this place with my friends and family , thank you for good service, keep it up guys ,,,,

The room was clean and complete with all the necessities and more! Big beds, amazing bathroom with tub and good wifi connection throughout. The ladies at the receptionist desk, Marissa and Raquel, were so helpful in getting us settled in!! Overall, wonderful stay with the most accessible location and would highly recommend :)

I am a member at Novotel and my experience at Novotel has consistently been great, from the service at the reception and the bar staff. All the staff are lovely and I would like to mention that Alexis goes an extra mile for the customers. But then again, all staff members do and I don't plan on going anywhere else!
