I very much enjoyed my stay and Lucy on reception helped guide me in by giving me the parking postcode which is different to the hotel postcode for the GPS. The parking was too expensive and I ended up parking at my head office after offloading my car. This did mean a cab to the office when checking out but that beat spending £42 parking.!! That’s unbelievable and no discount offered. I could have parked a 15 min walk away for £7 a night but didn’t want the inconvenience.

Positives: Bed was comfortable and was bedroom nice. Staff were friendly and hotel well located for what we needed. Negatives: Lifts were small and very slow are arguable not enough of them for the amount of floors they had to service. We ended up walking down from the 6th floor in the end. Carpet in the hallway on our floor was in desperate need of replacement. The lift shaft made a noise which kept us awake a little which was unfortunate. Overall we would stay again.

Room was very spacious and comfortable which was great for our weekend in. In a great location with lots of shops and food spots nearby. Parking very close which made it very convenient. Pool facilities were great and very clean.
