Booked 2rooms for overnight stay and lady on reception went out of her way to find rooms that were linked . Choice for breakfast was fantastic . Plates for cooked breakfast were hot and food was lovely . Staff also very attentive. A very comfortable stay.

Very disorganised, from the moment I steped inside the hotel. I booked everything over the phone, I booked a halfboard and parking. Got to the reception, they were asking for more than I got quoted, so had to show email confimation, I then specifically asked them to please check that everything was correct before I make a payment (I didn't want to have to get any refunds as they take 5 to 7 days to clear) they then confirmed that all was correct, I paid. Jut as I was about to walk away the lady then tells me that the restaurant was going to be closed, for the two nights we would be there, then I am also told that the carpark would also be full as there was a satff party, eneded up having to get a refund that I specificaly tried to avoid. Then Steam room was not working, no sighn post anywhere, we were just left to guess that it wasn't working. Changing rooms looked so dirty my daughters didn't even want to get changed there. Staff was friendly and helpfull when needed but just very disorganised. Very inconvinient for us unnecessarily, it could've all been avoided.
