Tired room with dirty carpet & broken funiture; TV automatically switched off with unpredicted intervals.

The hotel was exceptionally noisy overnight, was awake from 4 am due to street cleaning. Conference standards not managed well. Seating with stains on, one flask of hot water for 40 ppl & not refilled. Very little provision for gluten free, no healthy snacks, pastries are outdated. have experienced far nicer provisions, coffee bar areas. No water in rooms - £ 160 a night really should do better. I have had better experiences in a B&B. Would avoid Novotel again.

I have stayed several times, the last few times I felt the rooms were uncared for and the hotel keys were a complete mess (kept needed re-programming). This time I was on the floor 13, with a new key card system, room looked much better. Sink in bathroom didn't let the water flow out quickly and TV turns off every 25 mins ... annoying little things.
