Very nice, big room. Excellent large TV and all amenities spot on. Only minor gripe was trying to get served at the bar took too long as there seemed to be only one member of staff serving both the bar and the restaurant, but otherwise an excellent all round experience.

A inviting front with helpful staff, when you enter a good size bedroom blending with a relaxing feel. The gym offer a nice selection of equipment and leads into the very nice warm pool with the saunas

We booked three rooms, the executive room for my daughter and her family which was great. My husband and I had an accessible room which wasn't so good. Always surprised when its not on the lower floors( in case of fire), it was on the 5th floor. As we walked in, the bathroom door handle was hanging off and the shower was over the bath? the two other rooms that I'd booked for my family had walk-in showers! We hadn't realised that you had to book a parking space, I'd thought it was first come first served . We were directed to an alternative car park (for which we got a discount for staying at the hotel,) but it wasn't as close as we'd hoped, especially as it was a stormy weekend and my husband is disabled, also we left the hotel on a Sunday morning and the entrance we had used for the car park, being a Mall didn't open until 10am. The breakfast was great as was the pool.
