What a fantastic hotel from start to finish. Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast ( even a large vegan section ) and beautifully decorated.... they even have a bath menu!!! I had contacted the manager Umut who arranged our guest rooms, transportation and a flawless check in, dinner recommendations. We enjoyed it all!! Being an avid traveler service like this is exceptionally rare and so very much appreciated. Thank you Umut and team for a fabulous holiday. We will be back and will recommend this hotel hands down!

I do not even know where to begin to express my gratitude. Our stay has been added to our memories as an unforgettable experience. First and foremost, I would like to thank Mr. Umut for his incredibly kind and helpful manner, which made us feel right at home. We witnessed numerous times how committed he was to ensuring guest satisfaction—not only for us but for every guest. My sincere thanks also go to Ms. Zuzana, the Executive Housekeeper. Our room was spotless and meticulously prepared. The housekeeping team was extremely friendly and welcoming. As a hotelier in the same position myself, I know how challenging this is. It was clear how well she supports her team with training and leadership. If we visit Munich again, there is no doubt about where we will stay.

The hotel is stylish and different with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is just superb, reception, bar, housekeeping or doorman...just amazing. Beautiful bar. Room was comfortable and spotless. Then there is breakfast. Different hotel. Catastrophic. Totally unacceptable for such a wonderful place. At times you have to wait up to ten minutes for a table. Totally disorganised, tables not cleared, breakfast items missing and not refilled. Special mention for the brave, wonderful egg chef who tried to do his best serving a room with more than 100 guests alone. Choice not 5 star either. Where are the menus with eggs benedict etc. I was furious how such a beautiful hotel is let down by one area which should be simple to sort.

That said, no member of our team should ever be left in a situation where they must manage an overload alone. Your feedback regarding the variety and availability of dishes, including the absence of à la carte options such as Eggs Benedict, is also extremely valuable. We are currently reviewing our breakfast concept, staffing levels, and operational flow to ensure a more refined and truly five-star experience. The property is less than a five minute walk from the main train station. The check-in and check-out staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a bit of a zoo with people queuing before 7am and then going to the chef station right away. It then takes people who come at 7am to have to wait a while to get served. Outside the chef station the range is the usual continental - cheese, ham etc.
