I booked the NOVOTEL hotel via HRS and I have asked HRS to notify NOVOTEL to postpone my check in date one day later, when I arrived in NOVOTEL, the recepetioner firstly told me that he can't find my booking information, I showed him. Then he said the hotel is full without any avaible room for me, then he said I must pay for the 1st night that already been canceled, I have to call HRS to clarify to NOVOTEL, it takes me about 30 minutes for checking in.

When communication with the Novotel they were always quick to answer and super polite. Any questions were clearly answered and flexibility was there too. The rooms and areas were all very clean and spacious. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the food was excellent. Whether that was breakfast, lunch packet or evening meal. The choices varied too., Including Vegan, lactose intolerant choices too. Thank you
