From check in to check out, the staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious as well as a beautiful location.I had cocktails twice in the passage and found it to be delightful. The room was clean, the mini bar and nespresso were well stocked. The air conditioning worked extremely well especially given that it was hot in Vienna during my stay, I was comfortable even on a high floor. The bed was very firm, the only complaint was the shower which was awkward due to the sloping ceiling. The fax was running a bath, then standing and rinsing off with the shower wand. Overall I found the room wonderful if a bit large as I was solo in a suite. I’m already planning my next trip to Vienna and will once again stay at this wonderful property.

Everything was perfect as always. I would like to recommend this hotel. Hotel is in a walking distance to everything: CAT, the City Center, theaters, Opera, Musikverein, the Cathedral, restaurants, shops... The hotel has very frendly staff, the room is clean and the restaurant is very nice, the brakfast is various and I loved the coffee and to drink it at the pretty terrace.

Lovely few days spent in Vienna for the Coldplay concert. The hotel was ideal for us. AS others have commented, it is a bit dated, but everything was functional. I think ours was a standard room but it was large and spacious, good air con, good shower with hot water, and fridge which was useful for storing water (supermarket right at the end of the alley). We didn't have breakfast but had pastries at a nearby cafe. We did, however, eat at the two restaurants, which are connected to the hotel. We found the prices consistent with other restaurants in the city, and enjoyed an evening drink in two in the courtyard bar area. The staff across the hotel were very welcoming. The only slight negative was that our room was incredibly dark and despite two large windows it was difficult to get any kind of natural light in due to the surrounding buildings. This wouldn't discourage me from a return visit. The hotel was well located between two underground stations and plenty of public transport options nearby. Despite situated on a very busy road, we were struck at how quiet it was in the hotel itself.
