Very comfortable hotel, great location and breakfasts to 'die' for. Staff very friendly and helpful. Can't fault anything, the alley in which the reception is accessed gave a person a nice "Christmas' feeling with the decorations. Well recommended.

Located in a very nice little street which connects 2 streets incl. the main shopping street. Checking in and out is smooth, also prior to arrival already fast and clear responses by email. Rooms are simple but clean, not modern but more traditional Austrian, nothing to be faulted. Breakfast is very good: great bread and cold cuts selection.

For a 60 years old like me, dragging 2 pieces of luggage (total 45kg; on cobblestones for 90 meters wasn’t a good start of my stay at your hotel. And I had no clue this was going to happen. Going to the room on the 3rd floor then, more stairs. Not many, but still difficult. Inside the room, the TV screen was smaller than my ipad screen, no coffee machine, furniture from the 1970 and a broken light fixture hanging from a thread. Enormous bathroom, but claustrophobic toilet. I didn’t understand that. In addition, I’ve bought a late checkout for 50€ on arrival. On my last day I was locked out of my room at 13:00, got three different housekeepers knocking on the door asking me to leave, when I paid to leave by 17:00. The room was also very very dry. All in all not a good experience at all.
