You can walk to the British library, Welcome exhibit, and easily catch a train. Beds are comfortable, basic room. A luggage rack would be a welcome addition. Lifts were down to one out of three leading to big back up as people waited to go down and check out.

It was ok, friendly staff but a very dark hotel overall. Dark furnishings, dark hallways, dark bar, mustard yellow, purple & grey colour scheme throughout all rooms and the hotel itself which I didn't actually like, I prefer somewhere light and bright and airy.

Room was perfect but the problem with the lifts totally spoilt it. I had to ask 1 of your lovely cleaners and she was able to direct me down the stairs. Without her help I would have missed my train. 2 lifts not working in such a big hotel is very bad.

One of the best, if not the best, hotel buffet breakfasts I have ever enjoyed. The range is fantastic plus chef cooks eggs to order and I had a delicious cheese and onion omelette. Re the accommodation, I had asked for a quiet room when booking and at check-in was allocated one at the back of the hotel, away from the lifts and on an upper floor, which was perfect. Sometimes the price is a little too high for me but I stay here whenever my budget can stretch.

Very enjoyable stay overall. Having stayed multiple times at Pullman StP over the past 15 years, always with Platinum status, I believe this is only the second time I have been upgraded to a Junior Suite. Room is very comfortable, but somewhat dark and too close to traffic to my liking. I definitely prefer room 1608 or neighbouring Good breakfast, smiling staff

walking distance to Eurostar and Tube (a few minutes). Clean room. but elevators very slow and can be congested when everyone goes downstairs for breakfasts or checkout.

The welcome gift is probably the word accross Europe. The super cheap and disguting 4 chocolates are just not ok. In Spain they give you a small olive oil bottle. In Portugal, very nice cakes and cookies + small porto wine etc... etc... But here 367 pounds a night and you end up with the cheapest of the cheapest gift. The rooms are getting tired and would need some light touch works. The gym is great but the towels are just way too small. Special green flag and AAA to the chef. The corn ribs and the cabbage were stunning. The food menu is strong and improving. Well done on that side.

Unfortunately I had a medical emergency and the staff was really attentive. The next day they checked on me couple of times and provided everything I needed. Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and great stay.

It was a very comfortable room with just the facilities I needed. I used the kitchen for the first time and I had a very tasty Penang Curry. I would use the green room initiative but I think this means I would miss out on the coffee capsules being replenished. Also if the toilet needs cleaning, there is no brush and you have to wait at least a day.
