Sofitel El Gezirah hotel is my favorite hotel in Cairo for years.it enjoys amazing location on the river Nile. 27 story round tower. With all rooms having panoramic view to central Cairo. It is 5 star Accor hotel with amazing services. It has an amazing lobby and restaurants along just on the Nile with open swimming pool. It well equipped with Spa, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms and massage services. It has a large parking space. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds and furniture, wide screens and coffee machines. The guest relations and reception staff are very efficient. On top there are the Guest relations staff and a first class lounge for the Accor platinum member's I enjoyed my stay with my children in a nice family atmosphere. The hotel is reaching by limousines and taxis and very close to Cairo metro and public transportation.

The hotel's fantastic location, coupled with excellent service throughout, is the reason for my regular stay at the Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah. From the moment you enter, you receive special attention and a warm welcome from Bilal, Rabih, and all the staff in the lobby, including the reception and customer relations team, under the excellent leadership of Mrs Gihan. The luggage staff are extremely helpful, and the bar staf: Elias, Samuel, Amir, and Mahmoud—are wonderful, providing their services efficiently and with a big smile. The pool and jacuzzi staff are also fantastic and very helpful. Last but not least, the hotel's club lounge, which is my sanctuary, where I receive outstanding service from everyone under the excellent leadership and example of Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Yasser. I would also like to mention this wonderful group who served me with great courtesy: Doaa, Tamer, Tarek, Abdullah, and Reda. I want to thank them all for their exceptional care for me and my wife; nothing is too much for them. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the reception staff in the club lounge, and a big thank you to the staff who maintain the hotel's cleanliness and the housekeeping staff. The hotel gardens remain as elegant as ever, which my wife greatly admires, and we are very grateful to the hotel gardeners for their excellent work. In short, our stay was wonderful once again. We look forward to our next visit.

The entire staff was accommodating and great!! We had a noisy neighbor in the middle of the night in the room next door during the first night and Sarah was so accommodating and acted quickly and moved us to another room promptly the next morning.
