The location is fantastic, and the common areas are absolutely beautiful. Every detail is thoughtfully cared for, and the staff is simply perfect. The only thing I can criticize is the lack of investment in the street leading to the hotel—it could look much better upon arrival. But apart from that, everything else was incredible

Staff was very helpful. Always made sure we had everything we needed. The only complaint I have is with airport transfer. The price is $110 USD. This is absurd. A hotel like this should offer their guests complimentary pick-up. Uber is only $5-7.
