Stayed at Novotel for 2025 Gulfood exhibition and although pricey, was well located for the show. Food the rooms to be decent / functional and the breakfast to be a high point. I have a gripe that I’m still trying to sort out a couple of weeks later. I chose the prepay option for a room through the accor app but when I got to check-in, the staff member told me the payment was not made. My credit card had not been charged either at that point so I decided to pay. A couple of days later after check out, a charge was made to my credit card so effectively, it looks like I have been charged twice. I am now struggling to get a refund. Just be wary of this if I happens to you. Good hotel otherwise.
