Hotel was on, this is the 2nd time we are there, but the staff seems less engaged in serving the customer, and it seems like the hotel is understaffed, on Saturday there was only one person at the front desk and tending to breakfast, seems like to much burden for 1 person.

At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Those days we had some IT problems, that our staff tried to fixed at the moment you arrived at the hotel, that is the reason why you had to wait even you were the only one in the reception, because our system failed and we were trying to fix the problem. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. Had an amazing stay staff all so friendly and food was lovely. Great chef great service even though hotel was busy with racing weekend. Just to make sure there is plenty of wine to last next year nothing was to much to ask fir of the staff
