Very warm welcome to the hotel on Friday. Very well organized event: meeting the World champions from Kawasaki team, live music and dinner. Excellent service during the rest of the weekend. Thank you ALL program, and thanks to team in Montmeló: Carlos, María, Salima and others.

The staff who checked us in was very friendly and through at explaining all we needed to know. She went beyond and even gave us info to questions we hadn't asked. The room however was on the poorer side. For 49€ a night I don't expect luxury, but the state of the room wasn't up to the standards we are normally used to at an Ibis Hotel. The socket of a plug was literally pulled out of the wall when trying to remove the plug. And the parking situation was horrible to say the least. The parking lots infront of the hotel entrance were ofcourse all occupied when we arrived. When you drive down to the underground parking you are presented with tiny, narrow parking spaces. And the entrance is at the same time an exit. So if you drive into the parking you have to have a small car in order to turn around. Otherwise you have to drive out the exit backwards out which is basically suicide because the driveway is a spiral. After a 15 hours drive it is an imposition on the guests and otherwise an impertinence. We were lucky to have only spent one night there.
