I loved the location.near the train station with excellent bus services, but it was the staff who made the place special.All were welcoming but Ewan ?? In particular was so friendly, so pleasant always in good form. The housekeeping staff did a great job always pleasant. Breakfast was the usual Ibis fare a good start to the day. A great hotel and still good value even during The Festival...

Experience would be better if the staffs understood their systems better. My room didnt have aircon. When i approached the staff, he said it was set but nothing happened. The next day when my other colleague approached another staff, she adjusted through the central control at the reception. Because the male staff did not know the system, i had to stay in hotel room.without aircon for the first night. Stuffy

Had to get up very early to catch a train, went to have a shower and there was no water! The taps in the bathroom worked, but no water at all in the shower. Not what you expect when you've paid 91€. When I complained the next morning and said I don't pay 91€ for a hotel room without a shower I was told by the receptionist "there is nothing we can do".

Bien situé, bon petit-déjeuner très complet. Personnel très agréable. Chambre calme avec climatisation. Mais il faudrait ajouter une notice simplifiée pour celle-ci (dommage d'être réveillé car elle s'enclenche à 23h à 19° alors que je l'avais coupée à 22h)

Merci de votre retour, nous avons pu grâce a vous pu contacter le service de maintenance de la climatisation afin que ce souci ne se renouvelle plus. a très vite !
