One of the worst Hotel that I had a "pleasure" to stay in this year

Room was dirty, no iron inside and when I asked receptionist told me that is somewhere but need to check. Terrible breakfast, nothing to eat (fake scrambled eggs, etc).

My experience from check-in to check-out was overwhelmingly positive. The check-in process was seamless, despite an error I made in my booking. Cindy, the staff member who assisted me, was exceptional. She promptly resolved the issue and even guided me on how to claim my welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The breakfast area is charming, offering an extensive selection of both continental and hot breakfast items. There's a cereal bar and a yogurt station, catering to a variety of tastes. My only minor gripe was with the bacon, which was crispy in the American style—not exactly to my preference, but that’s a matter of personal taste. The hotel’s location is also ideal, with easy access to both bus and metro services. The room I stayed in was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable, with cozy sheets, and I was pleased to find that the window could be opened—an important feature for me. The air conditioning is temperature-controlled, though I found it slightly limiting that you can only adjust the fan speed. A notable amenity is the small 24/7 shop, which offers a range of essentials, including water, alcohol, food, and hygiene products. There’s also a water station and microwave available, which is very convenient. The entire team, including housekeeping, was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. While I don’t have any major complaints, I do have a suggestion: it would be great if the outside door had a keypad entry system. Currently, guests need to ring a bell to be let out and wait to be let in. It felt a bit like what my dog experiences when he has to wait to be let in and out—though this is more of a humorous observation than a serious issue. Overall, I would rate my experience a 9/10.
