Stayed one night on business, staying 3 nights next week, too. Plus points - check in very friendly, bed comfortable and clean. Negatives - room window had been left open resulting in smells from the kitchen (I assume) entering room. It was a very unpleasant odour. No shower gel or shampoo in dispensers in shower. Paper cups in bathroom did not look like they were new. Invoice for stay has not been emailed to me - I need this to claim expenses. I can collect this when I'm staying again next week, but this should be done as a matter of course...business travellers do not want to wait in queue to check out. Area around the hotel is not ideal (which is clearly neither the fault of the hotel nor the street sleepers who have nowhere else to go).

An overall good stay. Unfortunately this time, I've found an unpleasant smell in my room. Also, the only towels provided are the big ones for the shower. Some smaller extra towels should be provided, in my opinion.
