Great location for exploring Spitalfields/Shoreditch. We had planned on coming back the hotel at the end of the night and enjoying some drinks/snacks in the hotel, but the bar was closed, which meant we had to walk to find a restaurant. The shower was terrible: either cold or boiling hot.

The sink was clogged, no water pressure on bath, no vegan options in breakfast

The room was very clean and well prepared from day to day. Small place for sitting and lugagge. The shower and restroom was a tiny/ plastic shelter which where small/ and not very pleasant.

Nice staff, good facilities , security satisfactory, heating excellent. But soap dispenser in shower was empty, and reception staff, in being friendly and chatting with customers, lost sight of the large queue building up.

The bathroom facilities in my room needed attention. The shower head didn't adjust to my height, the sink tap turns the opposite way for hot and cold from what is indicated on the tap and there were no facial tissues in the room.
