sink was blocked. shampoo bottle was broken. previous guest had left trousers under the top mattres and room smelled of smoke

I stay here weekly with work. I'm always in general happy with the hotel, which is why I keep returning. It is well located and the facilities are good. I do wish there were not as many people hanging around the front of the hotel as often is does not feel safe but that is outside the control of the hotel.

We had a wonderful time! The staff was amazing, kind, helpful and flexible. The breakfast was delicious, the location is great, the Tower is walking distance, the underground is nearby as well. We will return for sure. Thank you very much!!!!
