As I said very nice stay. Great location very friendly staff. Special mention for REYA AND DUSTIN. The breakfast is good the rooms are very clean and good size. Lay night we were upgraded to the 9th floor which was fantastic. Will come back and recommend.

I was greeted and taken care by the front desk very well. They are very knowledgeable and friendly in nature. I am a frequent traveler and has been to so many hotels for business and pleasure trips. I can say Novotel is best off all. Love it. Thanks guys

The accommodation itself was fine although the description of 'a view of the eiffel tower' gives the wrong impression that the hotel is centrally located which is not. . The customer service however left something to be desired. When we asked for milk for our coffee on the first day it was brought up to our room. On the second day we had to asked reception. who pointed us to the restaurant when then sent us back to the reception who again sent us back to the restaurant. After sensing our frustration, the restaurant then attempted to charge us for a small jug of milk. On another occasion we sat in the bar for over 30 minutes waiting to be served No one turned up so we left. The customer is definitely not a priority here.
