Our stay was very comfortable and the location is excellent—close to all major attractions and shops. The underground parking was incredibly practical, as it connects directly to the upper floors of the hotel. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent, offering a bit of everything, including options for children, fresh fruits, vegetables, and proteins. However, there was one major inconvenience for me: since it was hot season, it was highly frustrating that we couldn't use a fridge to keep our drinks properly chilled.

We were promptly checked in which was nice. The room was not very spacious but comfortable enough. We didn't quite like the sheets that came loose after the first night. The curtain was not blocking the light effectively and it was pretty load with the windows tiled open during the night. When we came back to the hotel we weren't greeted and when we checked out with the check out box the staff didn't say anything

No proper heating, no choices for pillows, no tv or any other connection on tv… apart from friendly staff nothing was properly satisfactory

Besonders schade ist dies, da Sie bereits im November bei uns zu Gast waren. Daher würde ich gerne besser verstehen, was sich aus Ihrer Sicht seit Ihrem letzten Besuch verändert hat, da wir in der Zwischenzeit keine Anpassungen an den Zimmern oder der Ausstattung vorgenommen haben. Auch die Zimmerbeschreibung ist bei jeder Buchung transparent einsehbar, sodass Sie grundsätzlich wissen konnten, was Sie erwartet. Gerne können Sie diesbezüglich auch unser FO Team oder mich, während der Dienstzeiten, persönlich, noch während Ihres Aufenthaltes, kontaktieren. Vielleicht können wir ja bereits jetzt etwas verändern? Es freut mich dennoch sehr, dass Sie unser Team als freundlich erlebt haben – das ist uns ein großes Anliegen. It is always a bit like coming home when we check in in IBIS Heilbronn City. The hotel is well located, has a garage, is very well maintained and clean, the beds are very comfortable , the breakfast delicious. But the best is the staff working there, so kind and competent! The room was generally clean. The cleaners did a good job. But there were cigarette staints at the rim of the sink, a approx 10 cm whole in the wall at the position where the door handle hits the wall when the door is opened. And the whole was filled with paper or garbage or something. And the carpet in the hallways could use a makover.
