Stayed two nights , I loved being close to everything. Would love a few biscuits to have with my coffee and a shower above my head . Everything else was perfect and breakfast was superb 👌 thanks

From the moment we arrived, very welcoming and helpful staff. Great location. Best breakfast ever. Lovely bar area to sit and relax. Room was a good size, quiet and clean with good amenities although bathroom was a bit tired and worn. Love the night lights!

Club Millesime would have to be one of the best lounges we have come across. The staff were absolutely wonderful but special mention should go to Ellen’s (hope it’s the correct spelling) who went out of her way to help us. We had dined at Delta Rue where our meals were delicious, if a little too large for older people.

Our stay at the Sofitel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, from the wait staff and bar staff to the concierge, making us feel genuinely well cared for throughout our visit. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the food was amazing — fresh, delicious, and well presented. Room service was prompt and seamless, and the turn-down service was a lovely touch that added to the overall sense of luxury. We would highly recommend staying at the Sofitel and are already planning our next visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was perfect other than 3 things.. (The lady on reception said they would call us as soon as our room was ready - they did not call us. The room wouldn't cool after showering. Lack of dressing table with mirror to do make up, and another full length mirror with better lighting to do/check make up not in bathroom (too hot steamy causes hair to frizz). We did not get a call to confirm our room was ready earlier than check in when the lady on reception advised us that they would call us. The room lacked better cooling when getting ready for an event after the 3 of us showering the room was very hot and hard to cool down when flustered. (despite trying to close the bathroom door after showering). Maybe a portable fan would be an idea or a boost control on the aircon. The room lacked a dressing table with good face lighting to do makeup. The 3 of us trying to use the bathroom hot and steamy to do make up did not work and only 1 full length mirror where we had to put the ironing board. Made getting ready for the Awards night very stressful. Everything else was wonderful but considering we came especially to get ready in the same hotel as the Awards it was rather disappointing that those things made a huge difference to getting ready.
