We had a lovely experience with our stay, everything was very nice, also the stuff is very friendly and they helped us out. I really recommend to chose this hotel, if you like canary wharf (docks, business buildings, great walking area). Also, we enjoyed having dinner at an italian restaurant, very very good food.

No frills hotel. Basic comfortable room. Nice and quiet, was lucky it wasn’t very busy on the floor my room was On. Perhaps the room carpet could be changed or need a good clean. The modular bathrooms are small and functional, shower with a good power. The breakfast is sound. The staff are very friendly and courteous. A hotel with reasonable rates, you get what you pay for. Not a bad location for getting into London in 20mins or for close Proximity to city airport.

We had been working 9am-9pm and at the end of the day wanted food and drinks but the 2 staff behind the counter were busy discussing a prior customer and did not serve me until they finished their discussion. This should have been paused by 1 member of staff and our order taken so we could go sit comfortable at the end of the long day.
