J’ai eu la chance de séjourner au Swissotel Al Murooj plus longtemps que prévu. C’est un magnifique hôtel proche du Dubaï Mall, de Burj Khalifa et Burj Park. La direction, l’ensemble du personnel sont aux petits soins, très professionnels et attentifs. Les chambres sont grandes et belles et la literie exceptionnelle. Super spa, salle de gym, piscines… La cuisine du restaurant est délicieuse. Merci pour votre accueil et à bientôt

Un séjour parfait dans un hôtel parfait. Super emplacement à 10 minutes à pied de Dubai Mall. La suite était vraiment très bien, literie, Jaccuzzi, salle de bain, 2 grands salons…. Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins avec nous et je tien à remercier plus particulièrement Supriya pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse… Merci pour ce séjour.

Un peu bruyant, climatisation bruyante qui souffle directement sur le lit. J'ai voulu commander un taxi pour le matin et on me donne un tarif 2 fois supérieur au tarif en m'indiquant que l'hotel prend sa marge. Scandaleux !! Je paie ma chambre la veille car je partais tres tot le matin et on m'indique que je ne peux pas voir da facture et qu'il faut que j'attende le matin. Pour info j'attends toujours ma facture que je devais soi disant avoir par email. Sinon belle chambre bien qu'un peu vieillotte.
