I was booking in the app and expected different room. One of the floors is before renovation and rooms are tired. This should be clearly described in description and price should be different for old rooms. I stayed 4 nights and breakfast didn't change. After 2 days I regret that I booked all nights with breakfast.

Otrzymanie oceny od posiadacza Karty ALL - Accor Live Limitless o statusie Platinium jest zawsze wielkim wyznacznikiem i jest mi niezmiernie przykro, że jako doświadczony podróżnik spotkał się Pan w naszym hotelu z opisanymi problemami. Na ten moment pozostaje mi jedynie serdecznie przeprosić za opisane niedogodności. Pozwolę sobie poruszyć temat Pana pobytu z całym managementem hotelu. Zapewniam, że zarówno temat przypisania Panu apartamenu na niewyremontowanym piętrze jak i Pana opinia na temat śniadań czy welcome drinka zostaną na tym spotkaniu poruszone. Jeszcze raz dziękujemy za podzielenie się z nami Pana opinią i zachęcam, by w przypadku kolejnego pobytu kontaktować się bezpośrednio ze mną, a postaram się poprawić Pana wrażenie z ostatniego pobytu. I was staying in your hotel with my partner after surgery at the KCM Clinic from 16th to the 23rd Dec 25. I would like to say it was a lovely comfortable stay. The room was perfect (319) and your Dining room and menu was varied and catered for our tastes. The staff were very friendly and I appreciated the effort from them to speak English always with a smile. This hotel is very clean and spacious and welcoming. I would stay there again if in Poland. Thank you for everything. Kindest regards and Happy New Year.
