For a smaller town three-star hotel, this was actually a pleasant surprise. Of course, this is not a luxury, modern, or newly renovated property — it’s more of a mountain support-town hotel, and you can tell the building is a bit older. Still, everything was very well maintained and the staff provided genuinely good service throughout our stay. As an Accor ALL Gold member, we received an upgrade to a superior room along with a small amenities kit, which was a nice touch. The team was very attentive and helpful overall. In terms of value for money, the hotel delivers very well for what it proposes. The main downside for me was the welcome drink policy, which was limited to wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options only. A bit restrictive in my opinion. Overall, though, this is a very solid cost-benefit option and a good choice if you are passing through the region.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great, using the sauna and pool in the evening was pretty nice as well! The hotel offers a nice location and starting point for hikes. We didn't enjoy the strong perfume smell as much.

Zbyszek really helpful couldn’t do enough for us , always welcoming in the morning for breakfast . Natalia & Robert were very helpful , Robert was always helping us and helping find us the next hotel Mercure to try .
