This was our second time visiting Warsaw and staying at Novotel hotel the receptionist were very patient and professional. The room was clean and big enough I would like to praise the receptionist manager Georgia that help us and was very kind and thanks to her our holiday was enjoyable. We will definitely will visit this hotel in our next vacation. Avi

Really nice modern rooms. Good location. Breakfast was underpar and extremely busy. Come the weekend, the noise from a nightclub outside the hotel was so loud, even on the 11th floor, that it sounded like a party outside my window that went on until 5 am.
