I recently stayed at your hotel from 14–19 June 2026 in room 519. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. The housekeeping service was prompt, and the room was consistently clean and comfortable. However, I encountered repeated issues with my room key during my stay. On three separate occasions, the key malfunctioned, requiring me to go down to the lobby for assistance: - On 17 June, all keys had to be re-registered after a system reset. - On another occasion, my key was deactivated prematurely. - Finally, the lock battery ran out, preventing access. These incidents caused significant inconvenience, especially given the frequency over a short stay. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience, as aside from this issue, I truly enjoyed my time at your hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Novotel London Bridge and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting London. The location is excellent, with easy access to many of London's top attractions. Borough Market is just a short walk away, and the Underground station is conveniently nearby. We were also able to walk to London Bridge, the London Eye, and several other popular landmarks, making it a great base for exploring the city. The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good overall; however, it could be improved by adding an egg station and offering a wider variety of breads and hot breakfast options to cater to different preferences. Overall, we had a very good experience. However, the lack of a cash payment option caused some inconvenience for tourists like us who prefer to use cash during their travels. Overall, we appreciated the hotel's cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding location, and we would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit to London.
