I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly. The food was very good. I loved that there was decaf coffee readily available with the different types of milks. The atmosphere was lovely. One small issue was that my shower water was not burning hot, which is probably a good thing, but I love a steaming hot shower. I'm sure if I had said something they would have fixed it, but when everything else is really good, I didn't want to mention that. The staff are amazing. thank you.

Quick and friendly check in, room was immaculate, AMAZING shower and products in the bathroom - felt very relaxed and safe as a lady on her own. Very close to borough market and to Southwark bridge for a stroll. Breakfast has something for everyone! Would have loved to stay another night so i could have tried the bar and pizzas!

Overall great, stayed for a week and one elevator was out of order for the entire time. Multiple time we had to take the stairs, from and to the fifth floor because the wait was to long. Housekeeping was very good, kept the room on point and we were very happy. Breakfast was also very good, great variety of food and everyone was very attentive to all the clientele.Overall a good stay.
