We booked afternoon tea. It was a girls weekend,myself,sister and my daughter. Nothing was too much trouble ,even when we had to reschedule the booking time due to an earlier flight home. Food was lovely,tea and coffee was abundant, staff so friendly and helpful. I can't praise it all enough. Now I can't wait until next year when I've said this has to become an annual event ☺️

We arrived slightly early and were greeted pleasantly by the helpful reception staff who organised our room straight away. Our initial room smelt musty and after a few minutes we found the carpet in the hallway was very wet. The phones weren't connected so we couldn't call down to reception. When I went down, they were very helpful and immediately organised us an upgraded room and some complimentary drinks without any fuss. The bed was very comfortable and the room was modern and functional. Breakfast was buffet style and looked stylish when set out, but the quality was average. The 12pm checkout was great to allow me to work in the room after a fantastic morning run along the river (the hotel is only 1 minute from Southwark bridge), and then I moved to the bar to work remotely for the afternoon. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay in a great location, and any issues were made right and improved by the helpful staff.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Novotel London Bridge. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of many top London Attractions and only 15min from Kings Cross Station. On arrival, Tim greeted us and got us checked into our room hassle free. We were early arriving at the hotel but Tim dealt with us very professionally, he’s a really nice , helpful guy and was able to answer all our questions, nothing was a problem for him. The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean and we had a fabulous view of The Shard. I would also like to thank Rasa, the lovely women who greeted us every morning with a big friendly smile and took us to our table for breakfast, seeing her was always a good start to our day The breakfast was beautiful with plenty of choice for everyone. Without a doubt on our next trip to London we will definitely stay at The Novotel London Bridge again.
