Its in good location and secure car park. Very uncomfortable bed. Very dusty room. It was last mins things for me thats why iv booked this hotel. Will try utmost to avoid it.

The hotel has a very good price/quality relation. It is classified as a 2-star hotel, but feels like a 3 or 4 star one. The quality and cleaness of the room is very good, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Only caveat I would have is that the key cards to enter the room sometimes stop working after a short period, and would have to ask the staff for a new one.

A lovely staff, some perfecto room to sleep. 2 or 3 little problem within m'y stat but nothing crazy. I recommend it a lot !

This ibis budget hotel has a serious sewage problem that has to be sorted out. After one night, I was moved from one room that smelt of raw sewage to another one. Though the second one was not as bad as the first. I can't help thinking that the male receptionist that checked me in, knew what he was doing when he checked me into the room. The receptionist who moved me was very nice and helpful. Secondly, My sister and I were made to pay £3 each for paper cups of hot chocolate and tea respectively. I stayed in ibis budget in Birmingham a few weeks ago. We did not have kettles in our rooms same as this one, but the cups of tea on the lounge were complimentary.
