I have a long (and generally nice and positive) experience with Ibis & Accor Hotels. Ibis Sisteron is by far not an exception but Accor Quality Control needs to brace up itself somewhat in this case. (A) Suggested Modification in Contactless Check-in system: Please introduce a clause to select a room in case customer requires a change in the allotted room (such as ground floor, close to entrance/elevator, etc.). (B) Complaint in room design/fittings: (1) The right side bedside light was not working. (2) There were no individual on/off switches - one had to get up and go to the entrance door to switch/on off. (3) The clothes hanging handle is inappropriately located. Customers won’t like clothes hanging over their heads. (4) The air conditioner control was not working and was almost broken. Hope you will give some consideration to my feedback. Thank you.

We stayed at the Ibis budget for one night. The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms and the compact bathroom were very clean. The breakfast had a large selection and everything you need. You could use the pool of the neighbouring Ibis hotel.
