Spent one night in this Mercure returning to the hotel. Second visit. Room was nice. Staff friendly. Good Breakfast. Centrally located in Troyes. Discount at attached Hippopotamus Restaurant. Has secure underground parking although we found the access process awkward. You cannot contact the Reception from the gate directly.

Warm welcome, friendly staff. Very nice, big room, a very relaxing bed and a good bathroom. It is about 5 minutes waling tot hte lovely centre of Troyes. For u it is also important that there is a private parking with a lot of space, for a relly good price.

A great hotel for an overnight stay with secure parking when travelling from the Mediterranean to UK. The one drawback is no restaurant, particularly important when it is hot after a long journey and you don’t wish to walk into town.
