Room warm but only topper changed on bed and it slips around on top of the mattress. Little English spoken which is ok I can manage in French but ordered pizza without cheese and was not told this wasn't possible - got a pizza I couldn't eat instead

For a typical main station area, which is never particularly inviting due to its impoverished appearance and lack of picturesque charm, the hotel is clean, safe and good value for money. The restaurant stands out with its friendly service. The reception is staffed by young personnel who patiently cope with the rush. The housekeeping is attentive and the breakfast buffet is plentiful. The only thing missing is an associated garage, so parking is only available in the surrounding areas designated for this purpose.

A lot of noise outside at night. Lots of loud voices and sirens. I slept with earplugs. Soap in shower was empty and had to contact desk to have replaced, which they did. The room itself was fine.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The bed was so uncomfortable that sleeping on the floor would have been preferable. The walls were extremely thin—I could hear everything happening in the adjacent room as well as in the hallway. The shower had mold, drained poorly, and left me standing in several inches of water. There wasn’t any hand soap provided—only shampoo—and not even a basic bar of soap. The bath towels were thin and rough, adding to the overall discomfort. To top it off, the hotel charges guests to store their bags in a smelly locker room, which felt like an absolute joke. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.
