The rooms are well spaced, colourful and clean carpets, quality breakfast and big smart televisions. The janitors poor spoken English was noticed by my children though was not a problem for me as I got them clean our rooms when needed. A touch of luxury and good value for my money

The hotel room was dirty , stained carpets as well as the lounge ( i have photos) cold, not enough bedding. Woken up tot he Fire Alarm at midnight, false alarm the staff didnt know how to reset the alarm to after 1.5 hrs in the rain outside we got sent back to our room with the alarm still going off.

Disatisified with way we treated regarding room. We had a leak in toilet ceiling, it dripped all night, couldn’t use the toilet, no sleep & had to move rooms next morning in order for it to be fixed. We thought we should have been reimbursed for one night BUT got 200 points with Accor??? An insult!!

Terrible Hotel, the carpet was all stained as was the lounge settee. The room was freezing heating didnt work. We got woke up at midnight to the fire alarm so we had to evacuate, pouring with rain stainding outside. It was a false alarm but the staff didnt know how to reset the alarm , so after about an hour the alarm is still going off , they sent everyone back to their rooms with the alarm still going, took them another 30mins to turn it off, a total stuff up. There were no parking available so we had to park 30 mins away and walk back in the rain, no help from the staff at the hotel at all.
