The location of the hotel is at the middle of Manchester, next to China town. Very good transport links. The private carpark is next to the hotel. £34 per 24 hours parking is a bit expensive. The hotel should work with the carpark to give hotel guess discount.

The stay was spoiled by the lack of water in the hotel, so I could clean my teeth or wash!

This was a business trip - I liked the room but not open plan bathroom! The major problem was the lack of water on Friday morning so I couldn’t clean my teeth, or have a wash. Very disappointing. There was no warning and staff didn’t seem to be able to provide an alternative - a bottle of water would have allowed me to wash and teeth clean! I know it would have cost money but would have helped!

We actually gave to every guest cans of water and also the possibility to have a shower/using the toilets in our sister hotel Ibis next to us. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room. Steps away from Chinatown in Manchester. The carpet was worn and the sofa a bit tired in my room, but the bathroom was very clean so that made up for it.
