Lovely night away for the Manchester Christmas markets! Staff have been fantastic thank you for looking after us, extremely clean and well presented hotel. Had a warm welcome on arrival thanks to the lovely Yassine, will be back in the future :)

I travel all over the world and the poor customer service and welcome I received upon arriving at the Novotel in Manchester City Centre was beyond frustrating and made me want to just walk out and stay somewhere else, which I would've done so if I could've cancelled my room. I would recommend some training in the art of welcoming guests and making them feel like they aren't an inconvenience to you.

This was my first time staying here and overall I was very impressed, staff on arrival very friendly and the hotel was spotless, my only issue was I left for an early flight, ordered an Uber for airport while sitting in reception stating it was 1 minute away. The hotel receptionist answered door and gestured that this was my taxi which it turned out half way through my journey to B the wrong taxi and I was charged double the price...I wasn't happy at all
