Three night stay for a business trip. Room was tired. The toilet was not in the bathroom, but in its own cubicle right next to the door - weird, and so small that it was awkward to close the door… and the door didn’t close properly (fortunate that I was travelling alone). The carpet of my room had several stains that one could only hope were from a dropped Madras. Worst pillow I have yet to experience. The hair clip (that wasn’t mine) remained under the desk for the duration of my stay.

I would like to say this hotel is great location clean and the rooms are spacious comfy beds and amazing staff very friendly especially pasquale he was very accommodating to help me with my bags and check . Highly recommended this hotel .

Short walk from the train station and equally short walk to the Christmas Markets. Clean room, very friendly staff. Only one hiccup, no street maps available at reception. Not a major problem but a bit unusual for a Novotel!
